Irish Step Dancers at Town Center

A special thanks is extended to our many students, parents, and grandparents who were with us during our Fall 2008 Semester!!  Our first recital on Sunday, December 14^th was thrilling and a blessing to hear these young musicians perform.  How proud I am of each of you and your accomplishments.  Our children's choir gave an outstanding performance of "Miracle" and "Go Tell It On The Mountain"! Our Kindermusik families have enjoyed their first "Family Week" and many musical experiences were shared with such smiling faces!  I know that we all are living God's request to "make a joyful noise" and learning to share the talents that God has bestowed on each of us.

 "How thrilling to see our child growing musically and gaining so much self-esteem from being involved in his piano lessons."  "I am thrilled that my child has learned to share musical toys with her peers and to clap a steady beat during Kindermusik."  Kindermusik classes are designed not only to help young children explore musical sounds and rhythms, but also to develop socially and emotionally with other young children.  "My heart was truly blessed to hear our "very own" children's choir singing during our church service.  I know that the ministry of Good Samaritan is really reaching out to all ages and I am proud to be a part of this congregation.  I have another "plus" that I can share with prospective members."  "My son's eyes were so intrigued with the arrangement of Carol of the Bell by Kenny Ashley.  I know now that he is going to ask to take guitar in addition to his piano lessons."  "Participating in the adult dance classes on Thursday evenings has been such a rewarding time for me.  Not only have I made new friends, I have begun learning Irish soft shoe and hard shoe, gotten some great exercise, and have shared time with other ladies that all our wonderful Christians."  These are only a few of the comments that were shared with me after these performances.
